Anna Ruby Falls Visitor Center
Visitor Center
Anna Ruby Falls is one of the most outstanding recreational sites in the forest. Its twin waterfalls, hiking trails, picnic area, visitor center and easy access from the nearby town of Helen, GA make it the single most visited national forest facility in Georgia.
It's normal hours are from 9:00 a.m. until dusk. But this time of year, as the days grow shorter, we adjust our closing time. From Saturday, September 29 through Saturday, October 27, the area will close at 7:00 p.m. After October 27 the closing time drops back to 6:00 p.m. That's when Daylight Savings Time ends and we revert to Standard Time.
Visitors to the Anna Ruby Falls Visitor Center enjoy interpretive displays and shop for wide range of items focused on nature, history, and local crafts.
