Arches National Park

Arches Visitor Center

The Arches Visitor Center lies at the main entrance to the park and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Extended hours for the visitor center occur in the highest months of visitation, spring through fall. The visitor center is closed December 25th.

This site contains a museum with exhibits on the park's natural and cultural history. There is also a sales area featuring books, maps and other publications about the park. A park orientation program is shown in the auditorium every half hour. Bathrooms and drinking water are available.

This is a good place to begin your trip through Arches National Park. Rangers on site will be able to help you get the most of the time you spend in the park. Trail and road conditions are also available at the visitor center.
