Overview

The campground is in the Baker Dam Recreation Area and is located 17 miles due north of St. George, Utah, just off State Route 18. Camping, reservoir fishing, boating, and picnicing are some of the activities available at this site. Much of the land surrounding the reservoir is private except for the southern end, which is public land. Please view the land ownership map and respect private property. Potable water is not available at the campground, so be sure to bring your own.

Note: Campsites can NOT be reserved; they are first come first serve.

The following are available to all Recreation Site visitors:

* Graded Dirt Access Road * Two Vault Toilets (ADA Compliant) * Dumpster * Self-Pay Register Boxes * Campground Host

There are 16 campsites, each with the following:

* Picnic Table * Fire Pit with Grill * RV and/or Vehicle Parking * Tent Pad

Driving

Take State Route 18 north out of St. George. Between mile markers 24 and 25 turn right onto a paved road marked with a sign "Baker Dam Reservoir."
