High Rye Cabin
The cabin is located in the historic mining district of German Gulch and was built prior to 1919. It was used as an administrative site until the 1940s.

There is no water available at the cabin, however there is a creek nearby. Any water taken from the creek must be treated prior to consumption.
From Butte, take Interstate 90 west and turn off at the Gregson exit. Turn left at the bottom of the ramp and drive approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto Gregson Road for approximately 5 miles. Look for the German Gulch/High Rye sign. The cabin is located on the right.
