TRAIL BEGINNING: 7,500 ft. US Highway 14 at the parking area of the Shell Ranger Station turnoff.
TRAIL ENDING: 8,400 ft. Snowshoe Pass.
ATTRACTIONS AND CONSIDERATIONS: The trail is marked, packed and groomed. It follows Shell Creek for two miles and then winds its way up to Snowshoe Pass. From Showshoe Pass a fine view of the surrounding area can be seen. Avalanche danger is small.
Directions from Greybull: 37 miles east of Greybull, on US Hwy. 14 at the parking area of the Shell Ranger Station turnoff.
