TRAIL BEGINNING: 8,000 ft. Junction of Battle Park Road and West Tensleep Lake Road.

TRAIL ENDING: 8,000 ft. Junction of Battle Park Road and West Tensleep Lake Road.

HIGHEST ELEVATION: 10,100 ft.

ATTRACTIONS AND CONSIDERATIONS: This trail follows Bald Ridge to the 9,500 foot high Lily Lake. Excellent views of the Cloud Peak Primitive Area and of the Big Horn Basin are offered on top of Bald Ridge. The trail intersects the Battle Park Road, which leads back to Deer Haven Lodge. Length of trail and steep pitches make this a difficult trail. Like all the Lily Lake Loops, this trail is closed after April 1 to protect elk calving areas.
