Sundance Campground

The elevation is 4,600 ft.

The campground, designed as a horse camp, is located on a foothill of the Bear Lodge Mountain Range. The campground provides a scenic view of the valley and hills and is trailhead for the Sundance Trail System. Tent sites will accommodate RVs/horse trailers, but only if parallel parked on roadway in front of site. Road is wide enough to accomplish this mode of parking. There are ample corrals and circular type, metal hitching rails. The latter provides hitches for several horses. Campground is conveniently located for day trip to Devils Tower
