Go to the IDNR website:
http://www.in.gov/dnr/
and look around there.  It is a big organization, so you have to know what kind of job you want and are qualified for - maintenance, enforcement, education, etc.  Indiana government is facing budget shortfalls like most states, so jobs may be in short supply.  As for county jobs, you will have to call or visit the particular county website  - counties do not coordinate job openings with each other.  There is no substitue for getting to know the local workers personally, and volunteering for your favorite organization is a great way to get your foot in the door.  Park agencies always need volunteer help.

Keep in mind that this website is a service of American Parks Network, publisher of official guidebooks for the parks, not the Park Service itself (either national or state). It's likely that noone on the question board is a ranger in the AWW area, but I found the following contact info that should help you find the info you need:

Allagash Wilderness Waterway

If you only have one day, the best things to do are the valley tram tour in the morning, you will see more wildlife. Make sure you hike to lower Yosemite falls, and hit up the visitor center. The movie they offer is superb and for dinner go eat at the dining room at your hotel.
