Death Valley National Park: the lowest, driest and hottest place in North America is now adding another designation to its list. The 3.4 million-acre park has been certified as the third International Dark-Sky Park in the U.S. National Park System.
The visitor facilities at Mount Rushmore National Memorial are open all year, seven days a week, with the exception of December 25th. For operating hours visit http://www.nps.gov/moru/planyourvisit/hours.htm.
No camping, lodging or overnight rv facilities are available within Mount Rushmore National Memorial.

The Glen Canyon area is the main attraction of Page, AZ. From the Glen Canyon National Recreation Center, you can book rafting trips and other water sports, canyon tours, and other outdoor adventures. Other places of interest in the area include: Antelope Canyon, Rainbow Bridge, Glen Canyon Dam, Vermillion Cliffs, Wahweap Marina, and the Hanging Garden-Chains area.
