The USGS administers the Golden Eagle Pass, and will have a complete list of where they are sold.  You can go online and order one at www.parkpass.net, or get in touch with USGS ordering line directly at 888-275-8747, ext. 1, or email them at [email protected]

Acadia National Park in fact does not have any structured lodging within its boundaries.  That said, one of the things that makes the park (and the towns on Mount Desert Island) so special, is the interconnectedness between the community, its resources and the park itself.

The Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce is the absolute best resource for ALL things Acadia.

Yes, it can hold two tents, as long as they're both not huge! There are four campgrounds in Shenandoah National Park: Mathews Arm (mile 22.1), Big Meadows (mile 51.2), Lewis Mountain (mile 57.5) and Loft Mountain (mile 79.5)

Go to the IDNR website:
http://www.in.gov/dnr/
and look around there.  It is a big organization, so you have to know what kind of job you want and are qualified for - maintenance, enforcement, education, etc.  Indiana government is facing budget shortfalls like most states, so jobs may be in short supply.  As for county jobs, you will have to call or visit the particular county website  - counties do not coordinate job openings with each other.  There is no substitue for getting to know the local workers personally, and volunteering for your favorite organization is a great way to get your foot in the door.  Park agencies always need volunteer help.

Yes, Bright Angel Bicycles at Grand Canyon village offers hourly and daily rentals ($10 an hour or $35 for the day) as well as bicycle tours led by their staff.

The site says they offer reservations for "large groups", but single rentals or small groups are first come, first served.

If you call, they should also be able to advise you on which trails are open to cyclists, and which are not (most are not, as I recall) so you can plan your outing.
