Depending on how long you will be in Denali, there are bus tours and there are  ranger led hikes.

Both parks have lots of stairs, so plan accordingly when you're putting things into your backpack. Starved Rock State Park has approximately 150!

Tuolomne Meadows is a very special part of Yosemite National Park and well worth the drive.  You should probably allow 2-3 hours to make the drive from the South Entrance (and the Mariposa Groves) up to the Tuolomne high country.  The drive can be done more quickly, but to be safe and enjoy the surroundings definitely build in the extra time.  Keep in mind, there is a trail store up at Tuolomne if you should need any supplies.

Happy/Safe Travels!
