Thank you for reaching out to us! To answer your question, none of the parks you listed (Zion, Bryce, Arches, and Canyonlands) are recommend for traveling with dogs. If they are brought on park grounds however, they always need to be on a lease (6 feet in length) and can be out on park camping grounds, paved roads, picnic areas.

To answer your question, you can picnic by North Campground, Sunset Point, and there are other picnic areas as you're going up towards Rainbow Point, on the right hand side of the road, etc. at Bryce Canyon National Park.
