Snow Lake and Skyline are usually most hikeable starting in mid to late July. For the time you're going, Greenwater Lakes, Grove of the Patriacrchs or Pleasant Valley Loop might be best. For a list of trails and prime hiking times see: http://www.visitrainier.com/pg/hiking/Hiking-in-the-Mt-Rainier-National-Park-Area

Trail conditions can change year-to-year depending on the season's weather, so checking on weather and current trail conditions leading up to your visit may be your most useful tool in finding the best trails. For current NPS trail conditions see: http://www.nps.gov/mora/planyourvisit/trails-and-backcountry-camp-conditions.htm
