Overview
The Eastern Idaho Visitor Information Center is jointly operated by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), the Targhee National Forest, and the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce. The Visitor Center provides information about recreation on Bureau of Land Management and U.S. Forest Service lands throughout eastern Idaho. Activities include: Guided tours or programs at the visitor center, classroom programs or field trips in the schoolyard or further afield, and an environmental education lending and reference library to help teachers and parents plan their own outdoor learning adventures. The visitor center is open year-round. Open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Also open 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Saturdays during summer months.

Driving
From Interstate 15 take exit 118 (Broadway Ave.). Turn east onto Broadway. Turn left onto Lindsay Boulevard (one block past Utah Avenue). The Visitor Center is located one block north of Broadway on the west side of the street.
