Overview

Emigrant Lake is formed by Emigrant Dam which is a feature of the Rogue River Project. Recreation on this 806-acre reservoir is located on Emigrant Creek 5 miles southeast of Ashland, Oregon. Vehicle access is good along the west arm and limited on east arm. Angling opportunities best for crappie, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, and brown bullhead. Occasionally stocked with rainbow trout, steelhead, and chinook salmon. Season open year-round. Lake is closed at sunset except for developed campgound area.

    Four covered picnic areas are available and all areas offer electricity, tables, barbecues, and nearby restroom facilities.

    The RV park features 32 sites with full hookups, overlooking more than 12 miles of beautiful shoreline on the lake's north end. Each site offers water, 50-amp electrical service, sewer, and ample 14' x 50' pads to accommodate any size RV.

    The park also boasts ADA bathroom facilities and showers. Site 13 is ADA accessible.

    Reservations are available.

  • Water Sports

    Emigrant Lake Park hosts a 280-foot twin flume waterslide. The slide offers dressing rooms, showers, restrooms, picnic tables and a concession stand with a full menu.

    Waterslide is open June 17 - September 7, Thursday - Monday 12:00 pm - 6:00 PM. Closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
