Overview

Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, also known as "The City of Live Mermaids", is one of the most unique and exciting parks on the Gulf Coast of Florida! Located an hour north of Tampa, it offers a variety of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Most notably, the park has lured visitors with its beautiful live mermaid performances in it's underwater tank theater. Other activities include kayaking, canoeing, snorkeling, wildlife viewing, boat tours or relaxing on the white sand beaches. There is certainly no shortage of fun to be had at Weeki Wachee Springs, one of Florida's oldest and most unique roadside attractions.
