Overview

Mead Farm Wildlife Management Area is one of Georgia's many wildlife management areas. In fact, Georgia's Department of Natural Resources is proud to say that there's one within an hour's drive of every Georgian. The Mead Farm Wildlife Management Area is located on the far eastern border of Georgia, very close to South Carolina. This wildlife management area is on the smaller side and extends over 200 acres. The 200 acres is open to hunting. A variety of hunting is available including deer, turkey, dove, waterfowl and small game.
