Simple to slide on but sophisticated in design the Bite Women's Spirit OS thong is an entirely new breed of flip-flop. Most thongs are not much more than a rudimentary way of placing some protection between the ground and your foot. Bite however sees this as an opportunity to cradle your foot in comfort and give it the support you would typically find in running shoes or expensive walking shoes. The Bite Spirit OS women's thong accomplishes this with the cushioning of a removable polyurethane footbed and dual density midsole combined with the underfoot support of a deep heel cup and arch shank. It still has a low profile like you would expect from a flip-flop even with the added security of aggressive outsole lugs for multi-surface traction. And along with the reliable grip the Bite Spirit OS thong's patented Toe Guard dares you to venture into territory where you typically would not take flip-flops.

Incredibly comfortable! I am a size 8.5 - 9 but ordered a size 8 and that was perfect. Straps are adjustable. So comfortable I want to order other colors.

What a relief to find sandals I can wear with my orthotic. I thought I was going to have to wear tennis shoes to the beach (again). These are a great design. My only problem is that my orthotics (which I already had) don't fit snugly into the shoes so I had to use velcro to hold them into place. But that's a small price to pay. I'm going to get several more pairs.

Love the way these sandels look and support the foot but will return for a full size smaller. Bought 7 which is normal hiking/tennis shoe size for me but these are way to large.

I love this thong as it can be worn with a lift or an orthodic and provides great support. I have 6 pair in different colors and wear them from early spring to late fall. I had given up wearing thongs until I found these.

I've been wearing heel lifts for years and I've always wanted to wear a simple pair of flip flops! I was SOOO excited when I found these! They fit great and look cute! Also buying from Altrec was SOOO fast and easy!! Would for sure get again!
