A good comfortable and snug fit. I generally do indoor climbing and belays with friends so I haven't tested this out on the field yet. However there are numerous buckles that allow you to adjust your fit in a pretty quick manner. Just remember to double back on the loops. It's a long way down even if you're just indoors.
