Camelbak Havoc Hydration Daypack Camelbak: Havoc Hydration Daypack

Camelbak's biggest mountain biking pack has 794 cubic inches of space and a huge 100-oz. reservoir.

Designated the biggest of all in Camelbak's freeride mountain bike pack collection the Havoc features massive 100-oz. OMEGA™ Reservoir and 794 cubic inches of storage space for your meals clothing and bike tools. It's a perfect fit in cooler climates because it offers the extra room you'll need for insulating fleece middle layers and extra gloves on cold or damp rides. Unlike the rest of Camelbak's mountain bike packs the Havoc has a designated goggle pocket and a newly updated tool pocket to keep your trail essentials accessible when you need them. Camelbak recently refined their entire OMEGA™ Reservoirs with a HydroTanium™ polyurethane film that further enhances the integrity of one of the most burst-resistant hydration reservoirs in the industry. We've found that hikers bikers skiers and snowboarders who have ever burst a cheap reservoir often opt for the durable design of the Camelbak OMEGA™ pouch on their next adventure--and it works. Up top you'll find a wide easy-filling twist cap opening that easily accommodates ice cubes and cleaning brushes. Camelbak used a special HydroGuard™ antimicrobial silver ion compound to minimize bacterial and fungal growth along the tube and inside the reservoir--minimizing any potential for funky petri dish flavors. All Camelbak ounce OMEGA™ water reservoirs feature a self-sealing silicon Big Bite™ Valve that gives you water when you need it without any extra drips on your pack or fleece jacket. If you need a big bike pack for changing climatic conditions or rides that go from noon to nightfall the newly redesigned Havoc backpack has the space for epic single-track adventures.

This is a nice pack it was given to me by an ex employer. I know this may sound strange but I ditched the water bladder and ended up with a halfway descent pack. Lots of cool organiztional stuff; places for shovel probe goggles...etc. I like the pack just find the whole camelback a nuisance.

I purchased this pack after using a Camelbak 1st gen. sniper pack for about 6 years. The Havoc is basically the same as my sniper packbut with all the mods that make it totally rad! The straps fit perfectly on my shoulders and it can carry heavy loads without biting into my neck and armpit area (I have broad shoulders and a manly build). The pack is low profile which is good for crawling and fitting into tight spaces while exploring and also for the confines of the subways during rush hour. High speed low drag man!

You will never need another pack. Image: 5 Stars

Buy this pack simply because it can do everything you will ever need. I've used it for two years for xc downhill and freeride and have abused the hell out of it. The design makes it super easy to carry your body armor and full face up along with plenty of room for extra layers tools and Sierra Nevada Pale Ales. This pack has survived many epic Whistler and North Shore rides and has shown no sign of getting worn out. Still as comfortable and functional as the day I bought it just a little dirtier. If you're going to spend money on a hydration pack you might as well get one that can carry ALL your gear and still be comfortable. If you're worried about weight go to the bathroom before you ride and you can drop a few ounces.

All in all a beast of a pack that can carry any thing!! Image: 5 Stars

This is by far the perfect blend of storage and hydration.
