I use these oars for my 18' Alumaweld Sled powered by a 115 hp jet. They were too short to begin with but the 1ft extension and the blade made them perfect. Oars with a jet boat. Yes! Jets break down and you need to be able to get to shore or home! Carlisle makes a strong enough oar to handle this heavy sled with relative ease. Love the snap together features of extension and blades. Especially on the Klamath River where I live and run my boat. Yeah I chase steelhead.
