I like the Clif Shot by Clif Bar because its not just a sugar rush. It provides sustained energy to maximize a workout. When your body is enabled to train harder it will perform better in competition. The key with this product is follow the instructions. Water is always vital to the workout. The taste is better than most supplements. I perfer the mocha but there are options.
