We love this carrier and our son does too! It really is durable and perfect for our needs--travelling hiking shopping etc. I'm not in great shape but I can carry my 16-month-old for hours without getting tired--the suspension is that good. It would be nice to have the canopy for it and a removable "drool pad" but otherwise it's a wonderful pack.

I love to spend time with my son and I carry him everywhere with this pack. He loves to ride in it and it carries very comfortably. I wish that I would have found this pack with my first child but they were not available in the USA until about five years ago. The "ride" is better for the child because the pack holds him more vertically and the harness is totally optimized for the adult. I also recommend the sun shade/rain cover accessory.

I chose this carrier for two primary reasons: 1) the adjustable torso legnth and 2) the hydration storage. It is very comfortable for both adult and child. So comfortable in fact that my 10 month old frequently falls asleep while we are hiking. I was pleasantly surprised at how much storage space it has.

A great suspension system holds up to the weight of our growing child. It easily adjusts to the different torso lengths of my wife and me plus thre's lots of room for carrying baby/toddler supplies.

We chose the KC2 because of its ability to adjust to different torso lengths and the amount of stuff that it can carry. I also like that it can carry a hydration bag. I wish it had a place to put the sun shade when not in use. And a pocket to hold a water bottle that was more accessible when I was wearing the pack.
