It looks like a jean jacket but offers so much more. The Ibex Women's Cinch Jacket is 100% Austrian-made Loden a dense knit soft wool processed with a cold water treatment to retain the wool's naturally occurring lanolin. The lanolin gives the wool water and stain repellency a much appreciated advantage when an unexpected snow shower pays a visit or you spill some coffee during the morning commute. With a look and feel much like felt the Loden is soft and itch free always inviting to slip into. The cold water processing also maintains the wool's natural stretch and temperature regulating properties so the Ibex Women's Cinch Jacket is comfortable during active pursuits. If your hands get chilly slide them into the handwarmer pockets; and for convenient storage of your lip balm or movie ticket use the chest pockets. The Ibex Cinch women's jacket has a semi-fit above-hip cut with tack buttons on the dual chest pockets and sleeves much like a jean jacket but ultimately warmer more weather resistant and stretchable.

I bought this jacket taking a chance hoping that the picture was just a bad one - it's a horrible picture this jacket is sooo much cuter and more stylish in person. However in the last week 3 of the buttons have fallen off... they just pull through the wool if they get caught on something.

Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. The wool lining is so soft and comfortable there is none of the "scratchiness" of other wool products next to one's skin. The temperature regulation is great I can wear this all day indoors and outdoors and stay perfectly comfortable. Another great product from Ibex!

I have ordered Ibex clothing before and this jacket fits nothing like any other Ibex product I've tried. Usually a size medium is a bit big on me so I figured that if I ordered a medium I'd have room for a thin layer beneath the jacket if I wanted to wear one. I'd have been lucky to be able to wear a t-shirt under it. This jacket is cut so narrowly in the chest that lifting my arms when the jacket was buttoned was impossible...bearing in mind that I am not an endowed gal I can't imagine anyone other than a pre-teen wearing this jacket. Too bad because it is absolutely adorable! An I LOVE all the other Ibex clothing I own. I have the Carrie hooded sweater in a small fits great....the Moxie shirt also in a small...and I once ordered a medium sweater and had to return it because it was to big. Perhaps I should have tried this jacket in a large...?

This jacket is great! A gorgeous fit around the waist and a nice blue color that can be seen by many. Very glad I made the purchase. At first I was a little hesitant as I thought it may be a little itchy or wool-like but it was not. Great purchase and having no doubts!
