I've purchased many hiking shorts in the past but bar none these Marmot are the most comfortable and allow for the most flexibility when climbing over large obstacles when hiking. I got wet a few times and they dry extremely quickly. I'm ordering another few for a trip to Nepal.

I think these are the best shorts I've seen that fills the cap between sports shorts and any cotton dressy shorts. They have great features like mesh pockets and made from a light stretchy and quick drying material. I have Arc'Teryx Palasades and Patagonia Gii shorts but like these best of all. I liked them so much I bought another pair.
