I have other MH pants that are sized. The waist fits great. My syncrho pants only came in SM or L. The waist is way toooooo big. So I use a belt which is not a big deal. And putting all of that aside....I love my pants. I just wore them in below freezing windy weather and I was snug as a bug. I bought them for Aconcagua and I am certain I will be happy based on my training hikes.
