Well-constructed and palms have great grip. Great if worn inside a mitten shell for very cold windy conditions. For milder conditions they work well for aerobic activities.

versitile mitten liner used with or without shell

I like the material type of these better than the normal fleece liners. I only need liners for heavy arobics but with regular fleece mitts if I fall in the snow they get wet. The material these are made of don't pick up snow as easily so stay drier when used without a shell. When used with a shell they stay in place nicely with the palm grip.
