Fit is a bit larger than normal
I gave this as a gift and heeded the advice of previous reviews. I ordered down a size from what I thought I needed and it fit her perfectly. She is a large chested medium/large size person and I ordered the medium and she said it fit well and she really liked it.

Runs large
I bought three of these and ended up returning two of them. I am usually a medium and should have ordered size small. Width runs a little big (straps slide off shoulders). Good if you like a looser tank top. Recommend ordering size down. Otherwise length is nice and material is tencel so drapes nicely.

not large, HUGE!
Unlike most Patagonia, this shirt runs way, way large. I thought maybe it was maternity or "Womens's" sizes. I often wear a Patagonia M. In this, I would need an XS. It is also long, like mid-thigh length. I am 5'6" and 140, so not too small or short. Still, heed my warning: order 2 sizes down (or not at all...)
