Ride added a new "Lock-Down" zonal speed lacing system that you can tighten or loosen to suit your riding style and attitude. The 2-to-1 Lacing design also helps hold your heels into the boot no matter how you configure the zonal lacing. Internal Thermo-Formable J Bars give you excellent support and stiffness without the sort of discomfort you sometimes encounter with stiffer pro-style boots. Beneath everything is a new waffle sole that features a 3/4-length EVA midsole. This is a great intermediate shoe for riders who want adjustable features and don't want to pay extra for compromises.
