My men's XCR trail shoe fit great and only ran in them when conditions were really wet or slushy. However my lace broke on the left foot thus rendering the shoes useless after 1 year. Can't buy product again with this lacing system.

The shoes are little bit tight in terms of width. Good quality but not so comfortable for summer. Not enough ventilation through XCR membrane. Not to be used without socks.

I am VERY particular about shoes and these are the only shoes that I've found that matched all my criteria. Lacing system hasn't failed durable toe cup gore-tex lasted longer than expected for such a flexible shoe sheds stains. Not much cushioning but fantastic for light hiking. Most importantly I have a heel "spur" that usually wears through the heel cup before the rest of the shoe wants to give up -- not with these!!! I love them!
