These are great insoles. After going from Superfeet to regualr insoles on my thru hikeI'll never do it again!They provide great supportand my feet feel less fatigued.

I have only used the sole 3 times in basketball for 2 hours at a stint and so far it is just too hard. So much so that I hurt my big toe jumping because it has no grip. Other inner soles let the feet make a depression in the sole giving them grip. But these are so hard they really fatigue my feet. I will give them a few more days but if they don't improve they are going in the trash.

I've been trying various brands of insoles for my expensive Mephisto shoes and boots. None have even come close to the original insole as these Performance Green Insoles. I'll definitely order more of these.
