These insoles gives very good arch support even inside the ski boots. Sun & Ski boots fitting expert told me about it and actually sold me my first pair after he replaced the insoles that came in my new Technica ski boots with them they made all the differences in the world. I no longer have pain even after 6-8 hours of skiing.
