I really like the bag but I tend to lose items in the bag because it doesn't have pockets inside the bag. I really wish North Face would have included that feature. But what I really like is the length of the shoulder strap. I am very tall and it hits me on the hip where it should I suggest this bag for anyone who wants a sporty shoulder bag.
