I commonly load mine with about 80 lbs of search and rescue stuff. I bought this pack cause it carried better than my Terraplane. Maybe he isn't strong enough.

Average Pack, Huge Price

I own this pack and I don't know why. The pack is only comfterable if the loaded weight is below 30 lbs. BTW TNF says it weighs 6 lbs for a medium. Well I own a medium and my digital fish scale reads 7 lbs. Bottom line it's an overpriced bag.
