From fall to spring I have this vest on almost constantly. Anything 15F and over I wear a sweatshirt under it and it's perfect. When it's less than 0F I put a jacket over it. I wear it inside in cool buildings as a spring jacket ski jacket and just about anything else. In short I wear it everywhere and very rarely do I need anything else.
