Very nice fit will easily/comfortably fit under another layer. Moves well and great for general wear or outdoor activities.

Very nice material but size are for slim people. If you wear a Medium the lenght would be good but tight around the chest. I would suggest one size bigger. Since the cuffs has an adjustable velcro it would be eaiser than a tight chest.

Fits great (155lbs - 5'7). This jacket worked great with a Patagonia capoline #1 in 30 degree weather on the AT. For the 20 degree days I usually wear a capoline #2 or #4 it provides enough warmth and wind resistance. I would've given 5 stars but the pocket openings align with my backpack straps; making it a little tuff to get to them. Don't let that stop you from getting this jacket...it's great and altrec offers it at a great price!

it's good, but could fit better Image: 4 Stars

jacket is great in that it provides head protection from rain. basically it's the apex bionic with a hood. great wind rain protection. with the under-arm zippers the jacket provides a good cool down but the area is "tight". there is little room for another layer. i thought it would fit just like the bionic allowing for extra layers but it's tighter than the bionic in the shoulder and under arm area. could've made the zipper area with more room. i still love the jacket for what it does but i just can't enjoy it in more situations than i currently do.

Pros: Very stylish jacket that is also functional for keeping you warm and dry. Great for walking around town and hiking in the mountains. Light-weight and breathable but is more substantial than your run-of the mill shell. Cons: Zippers that run from upper arm to side make the jacket almost unwearable with a short-sleeve shirt. The metal zippers are cold to the touch when you put it on and will probably get colder when worn outside. Weird design.
