Outer Fabric is nicest I have ever felt on a ski pant. It is almost like a soft demin. The pants have all the features without overkill. The only aparent drawback besides the price (Northface has always lived up to my expectations of its quality and therefore justifies its price) is they are way baggy and I look like the jib-bonker of fifteen years ago (time to bust out my vintage "Brushie")
