Great for a wide range of cool outdoor activities including camping hiking and trekking The North Face Khumbu Jacket is a superb insulating piece with an anti-pill exterior that resists wear through years of hard and regular use. The North Face designed the Khumbu TKA 200 fleece material with a durable anti-pill surface that's ideal for climbing hiking or just strolling around town. The standard fit works well for layering with a range of clothing so you can wear the Khumbu throughout the year unless there's a downpour in the forecast.

This is a great fleece for colder temps. My son goes to college in the mountains; his original one was stolen; just had to get another one! Great for fall...

Warmer than I expected, size perfect, great under my wind break. Image: 5 Stars

Wow even in these crazy spring weather days and nights my Khumbu Jacket does it all. In fact my wife wears it more than I do. Not crazy about the color blue. Should have gone red.

It's a fine jacket but I would rather go with a Denali Image: 3 Stars

The first thing you notice with this jacket and the Denali is that the fleece feels totally different. The Denali's Polartec 300 fleece feels so soft and smooth. The Khumbu's Polartec 200 fleece feels "itchy". The jacket is considerably less than the Denali but after just trying it on I knew that the Denali was a better buy and that I would like that more. So I returned the Khumbu for the Denali. For me to wear a piece of clothing it must be comfortable not just look good. The Khumbu looks good but I'm not a fan of the Polartec 200. This is just my opinion you may like the 200 but once you experience the Polartec 300 you won't be going back to anything else.
