The socks are great for everyday however they are a little short for any activity that will stress the heal area as they try to come off of the heal.

Feel great on my foot. Seem to run a bit on the small size. I always wear a men's medium sock (my shoe size ranges from 8-9 depending on the brand) and these socks barely fit. So my girlfriend is wearing them and she loves them.
