Vans Men's Cirro Snowboard Boot Vans: Men's Cirro Snowboard Boot

Redesigned with new tongue guides and a better fitting Vans Quadfit Custom thermal liner!

Just because the Cirro is one of the stiffest Vans boots you can wear while ripping down the mountain doesn't mean that you should anticipate a vice-like grip. That's because Vans spent the off-season tweaking this performance freeride snowboard boot with comfort refinements like the Vans Quadfit Custom thermal liner and a new custom Vans BOA tongue guide system for a fully adjustable boot closure. If you missed on out the BOA innovation last year the BOA Focus Closure System gives riders a zonal fit closure that allows you to tighten or loosen up the fit around your foot in three separate areas: upper instep and forefoot. The Cirro is stiffer than most Vans boots but it still won't lock you into something as tight as the Vans Contra boot so it makes sense that this boot is the choice for rail and ledge riding pros like Scotty Arnold--in fact he's been using the Cirro longer than anybody else. Vans refined the BOA closure with a new tongue guide system that fine-tunes the tightening throughout the instep and forefoot so you can set up the fit and not fiddle with it after every run (that's what happens with some of the other competitor boots). Vans did away with last year's Quadfit Lace Liner and replaced it with a Quadfit Custom thermal liner that conforms better to the individual shape of your feet. The Quadfit Custom thermal liner comes with those interchangeable fit-bars that you can slip into the boot to customize the fit around your ankle and add more support. The other cool stuff remains the same. The advanced frequency doubling radar technology in the RECCO Rescue Reflectors gives you the improved safety potential to ride in these boots far beyond the boundaries of the terrain park. The blended cork/EVA footbed features anatomically placed metatarsal and heel impact pads with dual density cushion for comfort going up and down the mountain. These footbeds also have an over molded support cage that can be customized to conform to the unique shapes of your feet.
