Beginners and seasoned videographers alike will benefit from the instruction and expertise offered by our team of videographers and photographers while exploring Jackson Hole with the Teton range in the backdrop.

Participants will learn the basics of digital SLR function and cinematography, as well as how to create more effective videos. Upon completion, guests will be able to download their videos from the Web for free. Participants can bring their own digital SLRs with video features or use Canon’s SLRs and lenses—all free of charge.

The free video programs will take place twice daily on July 29 and 30. The workshops begin each day at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in the Gabe Room, located on the third floor of the Bridger Center, above JH Sports. Space is limited. Participants should approximately 30 minutes early. Participants may also pre-register online at photographyintheparks.com.

Out-of-town guests who plan to stay overnight are invited to take advantage of special discount hotel rates at Hotel Terra ($189+ tax/800-631-6281) and The Inn at Jackson Hole ($159 + tax/800-842-7666). The group code for both properties is Canon Photography in the Parks.
