Ipsut Creek Campground

Ipsut Creek Campground lies in the northwestern corner of Mt. Rainier National Park along Carbon River Road at an elevation of 2,300 feet. (The Carbon River Road is rough and trailers may have difficulty navigating it.) The site consists of 28 individual campsites open year-round, but dependent on snow conditions. Sites at Ipsut Creek are available on a first come, first served basis. The facilities at this site include vault toilets. Each site includes a picnic table. Drinking water is not available at the campground. Any water obtained on site should be filtered, boiled or otherwise treated.
