Overview

Wadleigh State Park offers swimming on beautiful Kezar Lake, as well as kayaking and canoeing. There are lifeguard on duty during the summer season. Tall pine trees shade the picnic sites located adjacent to the beach, making it an ideal location for families and groups to enjoy the outdoors together. Amenities in the park include a bathhouse, picnic tables, group use areas, and playing fields. There are great hiking trails available nearby as well, including the Sunapee-Ragged-Kearsarge Greenway. This is a 75-mile loop trail that links four New Hampshire State Parks: Sunapee, Winslow, Rollins, Wadleigh. The trail also links three New Hampshire State Forests: Gile, Kearsarge and Shadow Hill as well as one Wildlife Management Area: Bog Mountain. There are also bike paths. Wadleigh State Park is open year round for recreation, and is a designated winter recreation area. There is parking available to park visitors.

Driving

From I-93: Take I-89 north to Exit 10. At the end of the exit take a left (if heading south on 89 take a right) and then right onto New North Road. At end take a right onto Route 114, take a left onto Kezar Rd and follow signs to Wadleigh State Park.

From I-95: Take Route 101 west to Route I-93 North towards Concord. Take I-89 north to Exit 10. At the end of the exit take a left and then right onto New North Road. At end take a right onto Route 114, take a left onto Kezar Rd and follow signs to Wadleigh State Park.
