Visitors to the remote community of Stehekin in north-central Washington will have a new way to get around this summer.

The National Park Service has bought four new touring buses to shuttle visitors along the Stehekin Valley to access trailheads, campgrounds, and private businesses. Stehekin is at the western end of Lake Chelan and is a gateway to the North Cascades National Park.
