Moreau Lake Campground lies amid hardwood forests, pine stands and rocky ridges. Wooded campgrounds are quiet and secluded offering facilities for group campers as well as 148 tent and trailer sites. No electric hookups. A number of hiking and nature trails meander throughout the park with several beginning in the campground between sites 134 and 136, 63 and 51 and behind site 68. Cartop boat launching is permitted but no motors are allowed on Moreau Lake. Several fishing docks are available with one dock located on the day use side of the park. Campers also enjoy the swimming beach, playground and shady picnic grove. Flush toilets, hot showers, scrubbing sink and potable water are located throughout the campground's 5 loops. Other amenities include rowboat rental, nature center, hunting grounds, bicycling on park roads and in winter, cross-country skiing, ice fishing and snowshoeing.

Directions from Glen Falls, NY: Travel 6 miles south on Route 9. Follow signs to park. After ranger station, camping is to the right and day use amenities are to the left.
