Yes, any national park (or other public land) that you visit will honor a paid entrance fee throughout that specific location for all points open to the public. If you are visiting by car, motorcycle, etc., entrance fees are typically by vehicle (as opposed to by person) and some parks will issue dated cards to place on your dash for parking. If you plan to visit a lot of parks this year, or perhaps a single park multiple times, there are money-saving options as well.
