Glacier is a great place for hiking! Some of my favorite trails include:

Iceberg Lake, a moderately strenuous hike in the Many Glacier area of the park that leads to sparkling blue lake that’s still full of icebergs, even in the summer! After the five-mile trek to the lake, some daring souls jump into the freezing water. When will you get another chance to say you swam with the icebergs?

Hidden Lake, a moderate three-mile roundtrip hike that starts just behind the Logan Pass Visitor Center on the Going-to-the-Sun Road. This trail is popular with families and is a great place to spot bighorn sheep and get face-to-face with mountain goats. The trail leads to a platform that overlooks the iconic Hidden Lake. To get a little more solitude, travel and additional 1/8 of a mile down the trail to find a boulder that serves as a perfect picnic place.
