Sequoia & Kings Canyon Events

The National Park Service and the U.S. Forest Service will host the 10th annual Celebrate Sequoias Festival Sept. 6. The free festival will be held 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Princess Campground at Highway 180 near the cutoff to Hume Lake in Giant Sequoia National Monument. From that site, guided tours will head to parts of Kings Canyon and Sequoia national parks, as well as Giant Sequoia National Monument and Sequoia National Forest.
