Henwallow Falls is near Cosby Campground, south of Cosby, Tennessee. It is a 4.4 mile roundtrip along a moderate trail. This 45-foot fall receives less visitation than many other area falls.

Directions from Gatlinburg: Travel east on Hwy. 321 for approximately 11 miles and turn right onto Hwy. 32. Travel for approximately 1 mile and turn right onto the road that follows Cosby Creek. Cosby Campground is at the end of the road, and the trail begins at this campground.
