Long Hungry Ridge Trail

The Long Hungry Ridge Trail is a connector between Twentymile Creek and Gregory Bald Trail. It is a beautiful path through several different forest types. There are primitive campsites available. The trail crosses state lines and becomes Gregory Ridge Trail in Tennessee. Fishing is available along Twentymile and Greer Creeks.

Directions

Directions from Fontana Lake, NC: Take SR 28 west to the Twentymile Ranger Station. Begin on the Twentymile Creek Trail and bear right at the fork. This path leads to Long Hungry Ridge Trail.
